At **Octane Culture LLC**, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item must be new and unused.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All original packaging and materials must be included with the return.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at octanecultureco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Your name.
  • The item(s) you would like to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if requested

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs


We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Octane Culture LLC is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.


If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at octanecultureco@gmail.com so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.


Items That Do Not Meet the Return Requirements


Returns may be refused if:

  • The return request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
  • The item has been used or worn.
  • The item is not returned in its original packaging.
  • The item or packaging has been damaged after delivery due to customer use or handling.
  • The item is missing original components or materials.
